About me...
My expertise is in Food Safety, Culinary, and Pastry Arts. Having worked in the Food Industry in all different positions my whole life, I have gained the skills and knowledge to efficiently operate in food manufacturing and food service.
In 2014, I graduated in culinary school at Kapiolani Community College with an AS in Culinary and Pastry. I worked at Duc’s Bistro, Hawaii Yacht Club, Nobu's, Pig and the Lady, owned my own bakery Breadbox Hawaii in Manoa, and baked artisan breads at the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
Fall 2019, I graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa being the first student in Hawaii to receive a Bachelors Degree in Food Science - Culinology. Through the internship program, I placed a job at Hawaiian Host Chocolates as a Food Safety Specialist in the Quality Assurance Department.
Summer 2023, I got my Master's Degree in Food Business - Product Concept from the Culinary Institute of America. Where I learned the ins and outs of starting and launching a Consumer Packaged Goods company and supply chain management.
I now offer consulting while working various jobs to enhance the consumer experience wherever I go.
